The Missouri Club Calf Association has been blessed by great volunteers over the years, including Samantha Graves, Michelle Meyer, Melinda Bastian, Taylor Boland, Bailey Dent, and Brianne Bishop. Thank you for your service to the Association!
Current advisors Caroline, Dustin and Vanessa grew up showing and have continued to stay active in the show world through their family operations, careers, and contribution to youth organizations.
Caroline Sicht
Caroline is a farmer’s daughter who was born and raised on a beef cattle farm in Ashland, MO. She works full time on a commercial cattle operation and spends her days with more cows than people. Caroline has a passion for livestock shows, supporting youth in agriculture, and livestock photography. She’s a board member of Boone County Farm Bureau and the Boone County Cattlemen’s Association, is an adult mentor for the Missouri Club Calf Association, is the livestock chairman for the Boone County Fair, and is the secretary/treasurer for the Missouri State Fair Foundation Youth in Agriculture committee. She loves sunshine, macaroni and cheese, country music, the color pink, and her Golden Retriever, Delilah.

Dustin Daehn
Dustin has been involved in the Missouri Club Calf Association since he can remember, and is excited to serve as an advisor. He grew up on a Hereford farm in Cuba, MO and initially showed herefords but expanded to showing club calves as well. He is passionate about clipping cattle and helping juniors, which makes him a familiar face at many of our shows!
Dustin owns Daehn Cattle Service, through which he enjoys traveling to work cattle sales and clip for sales, as well fitting for youth at shows.

Vanessa Lammers
Hi! My name is Vanessa Lammers. I am originally from Pilot Grove, MO where I was raised on my family’s row crop and cow-calf operation. Throughout my years in FFA, I found my niche in the livestock industry by showing crossbred heifers with the occasional Simmental heifer sprinkled in.
I am a 2021 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University where I obtained a bachelors degree in Agricultural Business. I now reside in Chillicothe, MO and work full time for Trans Ova Genetics.
I am excited to serve in this role and to connect with junior livestock exhibitors!
